Excellence Academy
The Excellence Academy is a flagship Saturday program held every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., designed to nurture and inspire the next generation of Muslim leaders. Each year, the academy welcomes around 50 students, both male and female, aged 11 to 15, who are enrolled from February until their graduation in November.
Throughout the year, students engage in a diverse curriculum tailored to their age and developmental stage. Core subjects include Palestine Studies, Teach Me Islam, and General Knowledge, complemented by interactive Halaqas (study circles). The program is further enriched by guest sessions delivered by distinguished speakers and professionals, who share their insights and experiences to broaden the students’ horizons. In addition to classroom learning, the academy organises outings to various parts of the island, along with engaging activities designed to build teamwork, character, and confidence. ObjectivesTo cultivate future Muslim citizens and leaders who are firmly grounded in Islamic values and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the challenges of the modern world. It also offers teenagers a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment during the weekends — a space where they can express themselves freely, strengthen their identity, and grow within an Islamic framework. |
